My car definitely had swirls out the wazzo. So much so that Chris said he thought they tried sanding my car but failed😅😂 When I went to pick up my car today, she was stunning! I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you guys again! You guys will be my goto moving forward for anything detailing related 💯💪

I didn’t have the same experience as others in the reviews. I brought my brand new car here for a ceramic coating and window tints. The tints had air bubbles, white spots, and other imperfections. They also scratched the door panel in the process. When I raised these issues to the owner, he agreed to redo the tints. The day he told me to come by it was snowing and despite me asking if we should reschedule, he was insistent on bringing it that specific day as that’s when his tint installer was working. The next day he tells me they can’t do the tints because it’s too cold, and suggested I wait for it to get warmer. Considering I mentioned the snow before drop off (and was willing to reschedule) and the cold weather wasn’t a surprise, they should’ve been aware if this was going to be an issue. I wasted my time driving 45 minutes in the snow and coordinating a ride back home so I can leave my car with them-which the owner was aware of too. One mistake would’ve been okay but this was a series of them. I was refunded for the tints, which was a given at this point. Regarding the scratched door panel, I wasn’t getting communication on this issue and it took flagging this multiple times before they did anything about it. They applied some leather cleaner to the scratched door panel to darken the area, but however it was applied messed up the texture of the door panel. The scratch still remains with no fix. They also offered to have the car detailed, which I originally thought was great but they ended up not doing it because their water wasn’t working. They then claimed to have cleaned the interior instead, but I’m not sure if that was even done since there were noticeable parts that were not cleaned. Regarding the ceramic coating, I brought the the car to another detailer and it was mentioned how poorly the ceramic coating job was done (swirl marks from lack of polishing and paint discoloration from incorrect application of the ceramic). I wish I brought my new car somewhere else where they would’ve been less sloppy, careful, and professional with their work as I’ve now wasted my money and am at a loss.

Amazing work !!!!!! My daughter’s car was hit in a parking lot while she was out for lunch and I called Chris at PDS . He informed me that they had someone that did dent removal and they did an awesome job ! Would highly recommend these guys !!
